Once we receive your payment, your order will typically be processed within the turnaround time specified on our product pages. We work with trusted carriers like Australia Post and DHL to ensure that your order reaches you safely, complete with tracking for your peace of mind. Please note that these shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.

The shipping fees you see on your order include handling and packaging costs, in addition to the postage charges. While handling fees remain fixed, transportation fees are determined based on the total weight of your shipment.

We recommend reaching out directly to your delivery partner to request a change in the delivery address. Please note that only the recipient listed on the package can initiate this address change.

It's important to mention that all returned packages marked as "Invalid Address" are non-refundable and will incur a re-delivery fee if you wish to have them shipped again by Vizion Concepts.
