Shipping

Shipment and Delivery Time Custom Graphics orders are typically dispatched within the turnaround time specified on product pages upon receipt of payment. We utilize trusted carriers such as Australia Post or DHL for shipping, providing tracking and drop-off without requiring a signature.

Shipping times are subject to the specific carriers at the time of shipment and are not under the control of Vizion Concepts Pty Ltd.

Free Shipping options utilize standard economy shipping and may exclude oversized items such as plastics and other hard parts.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees include both handling and packing fees, in addition to postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend consolidating your items into a single order. Please note that we cannot group two separate orders placed independently, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Shipping Risk and Protection Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. However, rest assured that we take special care to protect fragile items. We use suitably sized boxes, ensuring that your items are well-protected during transit.

Customs International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees calculated by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all customs-related duties and fees.

Please be aware that international packages might experience delays due to customs processes. Unfortunately, Vizion Concepts Pty Ltd has no control over these delays.

Shipping times may also vary based on the destination, time of year, and the efficiency of the local postal service.

Mis-Delivery / Wrong Addresses In the event that an incorrect address is provided during checkout, please notify us immediately so that we can update it before shipping.

If the item has already been shipped, we are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages. We recommend contacting your delivery partner directly to modify the delivery address. Only the recipient named on the package can initiate this change.

Please note that we will not re-ship, replace, or refund orders due to lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information. No exceptions.

All returned packages labeled as "Invalid Address" are non-refundable and may incur a re-delivery fee to resend from Vizion Concepts Pty Ltd.

Returns

Custom Products / Graphics  Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for custom printed products or jerseys as they are tailored to the specific requirements of each customer.

We do not entertain returns for customized graphics and other bespoke products created exclusively for you.

It is essential to thoroughly review your order form before placing your order, as it will be produced with the color choices, race number, spelling, and logos exactly as specified. Once your order is in the production phase, no changes can be accommodated.

Motocross Graphics are considered consumable items and are crafted using the highest-quality materials available in the motocross industry.

At Vizion Concepts Pty Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase every time you shop with us.

Apparel / Accessories If you are dissatisfied with the product received, you have a window of 7 business days to contact our team at info@vizionconcepts.com.au to address any concerns.

Damaged / Defective or Incorrect Item In the event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases, we will rectify or exchange the product at our expense and reimburse your return postage costs. If you receive a product that is subsequently found to be defective, please contact us immediately for further guidance.

To report any issues, reply directly to your order confirmation email or send an email to us with your name, address, and invoice number. Please include a detailed description of the nature of the error or fault and attach clear images illustrating the issue to facilitate a solution.

Kindly note that you are responsible for returned items until they are received by Vizion Concepts Pty Ltd. Hence, we recommend using a recorded delivery service for return shipments. The cost of returning items for the reasons mentioned above is the responsibility of the customer.
