We work with trusted carriers like Australia Post and DHL to ensure that your order reaches you safely, complete with tracking for your peace of mind. Please note that these shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.

The shipping fees you see on your order include handling and packaging costs, in addition to the postage charges. While handling fees remain fixed, transportation fees are determined based on the total weight of your shipment.

To make the most of your shipping experience, we recommend grouping your items in a single order. Regrettably, we cannot combine two separate orders placed at different times, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Once the item has been dispatched, Vizion Concepts cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. We recommend reaching out directly to your delivery partner to request a change in the delivery address. Please note that only the recipient listed on the package can initiate this address change.
