Once we receive your payment, your order will typically be processed within the turnaround time specified on our product pages. We work with trusted carriers like Australia Post and DHL to ensure that your order reaches you safely, complete with tracking for your peace of mind. Please note that these shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on the specific carrier's policies at the time of shipment. It's important to understand that the shipping process is not within our control at Vizion Concepts.

The shipping fees you see on your order include handling and packaging costs, in addition to the postage charges. While handling fees remain fixed, transportation fees are determined based on the total weight of your shipment.

Grouping Orders

To make the most of your shipping experience, we recommend grouping your items in a single order. Regrettably, we cannot combine two separate orders placed at different times, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Address Issues

In case you notice an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process, please get in touch with us immediately. This will allow us to update the address before your order is shipped.

Once the item has been dispatched, Vizion Concepts cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. We recommend reaching out directly to your delivery partner to request a change in the delivery address. Please note that only the recipient listed on the package can initiate this address change.

Please ensure that you provide accurate information, as we will not re-ship, replace, or refund orders for incorrect addresses. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

It's important to mention that all returned packages marked as "Invalid Address" are non-refundable and will incur a re-delivery fee if you wish to have them shipped again by Vizion Concepts.
